Security Supervisor and Leader Certification Course

Leadership knowledge,skills and attitudes are critical for organization success. This program provides effective material for leaders in the security profession. Participants in this course must have successful job experience working as a security officer. Three years is a recommended for the best foundation. Other life experiences and education also contribute to a working foundation to be a leader. Job experience is needed to have a meaningful understanding of the course material.
This program is intended for first line supervisors in a security organization. Managers will also find the program useful in polishing their knowledge,skills and attitudes in relationship to their responsibility. A supervisor and manager jobs are different. Together their actions combine to provide checks and balances to the success of the organization. Managers are encouraged to take this course with supervisors.
Group teleconferencing venue through Skype, onsite classes and a blended course with onsite and distance learning can be provided to your organization. Small group classes can meet your needs and provide an intense learning experience.
The time involved in the course will vary. Venue, individual and group characteristics will dictate the time needed to complete the program. 24 hours is the approximate time and credit given for the program.
